Requirements

• 8+ years in technology consulting, 5+ focused on AI.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven track record in solution selling.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AI services and cloud solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in AI/ML and DevOps workflows.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications in AI and cloud technologies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects.
