In Short

• Administer day-to-day operations of benefits programs.
• Manage leaves of absence in coordination with vendors.
• Oversee relationships with benefits vendors.
• Provide guidance on benefits-related matters.
• Liaise with insurers and employees to resolve issues.
• Manage ACA reporting requirements.
• Develop benefits communications and materials.
• Support implementation of new benefit programs.
• Participate in initiatives to improve processes.
• Conduct audits and oversee invoicing processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
