Overview

As a Benefits Specialist at 1Password, you will support the delivery of market-competitive and comprehensive benefits and perks to enhance employee well-being, primarily focusing on the U.S. benefits program.

In Short

• Support administration of employee benefits programs.
• Manage new hire enrollment and open enrollment processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Conduct data audits and ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
• Assist in 401(k) plan administration and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team.
• Prepare invoices and perform benefits reconciliation.
• Support benefits communication initiatives.
• Work on larger benefit projects like open enrollment.
• Utilize strong Excel skills for data management.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of benefits experience preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems.
• Familiarity with 401(k) plans and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage leave of absence processes.
• Excellent communication skills for employee interactions.
• Experience with benefits vendors and brokers.
