In Short

• Own day-to-day benefits operations across supported entities.
• Implement HRIS/TPA integrations and workflows.
• Act as the escalation contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Support annual open enrollment processes.
• Maintain and audit benefits data in HRIS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform regular reconciliations of enrollments and billing.
• Support implementation of benefits in new and existing entities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Create employee-friendly benefits communications.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in benefit administration in NAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
