In Short

• Take on leadership roles in consulting projects for clients in Germany and Austria.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to advance projects in strategy, process design, and IT architecture.
• Support change processes in projects and organizations, particularly in Agile transformation.
• Contribute to company growth by independently acquiring follow-up projects and supporting new client acquisition.
• Lead project teams of up to 15 people and act as a sparring partner for team members.
• Develop innovative ideas to further the company as an employer.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Technology, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in IT consulting and leadership roles as an architect or project manager.
• Strong listening, empathy, and authenticity skills.
• Passion for digitalization and creative problem-solving.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with clear communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with an average of 1-2 days per week on-site with the project team.
