Requirements

• 15 years of Program Management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Extensive experience in the aerospace industry.
• Expertise in RF and satellite systems.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in CAM, risk management, and EVMS.
• Experience in developing integrated master plans and schedules.
• History of leading complex programs with interdependencies.
• Outstanding organizational and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
