Overview

The Strategic Services Program Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution, governance, and continuous improvement of DeepSeas’ strategic service programs. Acting as the operational backbone of the DeepSeas shared service MDR offering, this role drives alignment across client engagements, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure programs are delivered with consistency, efficiency, and measurable impact.

• Establish and enforce standards for program execution and quality assurance.
• Track program-level risks and issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead program lifecycle activities including kickoff and closure.

Requirements
