Overview

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead partner field sales, maintain relationships with partners, and support sales and delivery teams in a global security company.

In Short

  • Direct partner field sales and develop pipeline with assigned territory partners.
  • Establish Partner Relationships Plans with lead and deal targets.
  • Support joint sales and marketing success with partner organizations.
  • Provide sales and marketing artifacts for proposals and events.
  • Organize training sessions for partners on the DeepSeas portfolio.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new partners and build successful relationships.
  • Conduct business plans with top partners and track their development.
  • Identify and develop new technology and lead generation partnerships.
  • Collaborate internally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Share in the assignment of Channel Partner Team Quota.

Requirements

  • Solid IT Security knowledge through education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years’ experience with partner organizations.
  • Strong understanding of IT Security and complex IT solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop successful partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-starter who works well in teams.
  • Requires up to 25% travel for conferences and partner events.
  • Quota management for new logos and upselling through partners.
