Penetration Tester - Remote

Overview

The Penetration Tester will consult with clients across various security domains, leading penetration tests and incident response exercises to enhance their cybersecurity posture.

In Short

• Lead penetration tests and security assessments.
• Develop incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Produce detailed reports and recommendations.
• Present findings to senior staff and board members.
• Ensure deadlines are met professionally.
• Coordinate work plans with Program Management.
• Support sales efforts by collaborating with Account Executives.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

• Certification such as OSCP, GPEN, or CEH.
• Degree in cybersecurity or related field, or extensive experience.
• 2+ years of experience in offensive security services.
• Knowledge of penetration testing methods.
• Ability to lead incident response processes.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to coach colleagues in various cybersecurity sub-disciplines.
• Experience in running phishing campaigns and cloud security assessments.
