Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes from our products and services, driving product adoption and fostering customer loyalty.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, building relationships and advocating for them.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and conduct product demos.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans for successful renewals.
  • Identify account growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide updates on customer health and churn risk.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers.
  • Work closely with support and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (Wiz, Orca, Rapid7, Qualys).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
