Overview

The Program Manager will manage programs and partnerships with a focus on public policy and advocacy, aiming to amplify the voice and power of rural communities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in public policy, community development, or related fields.
• Proficiency in policy analysis, advocacy, and project management.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing partnerships and coalitions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, and Zoom.
• Ability to work in both Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience with GIS packages, Canva, or Mailchimp is a plus.
• Understanding of racial equity and systems change.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
