In Short

• Responsible for the successful delivery of complex programs supporting digital modernization and transformation efforts.
• Oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists.
• Manage program execution from start to finish: defining strategy, coordinating delivery, managing budgets.
• Guide cross-functional teams toward impactful outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of user-centered design and digital transformation best practices.
• Preferred experience working within key customer domains, especially Veteran Affairs.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
