Overview

The Program Manager at ApotheCom will be the operational backbone of client projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communications run smoothly while collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful scientific content.

• Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple publication programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on project priorities.
• Develop and distribute project status reports to clients.

• Prepare proposals and pricing estimates for new projects.
• Build, track, and reconcile project budgets.

• Draft and proof project-related correspondence and summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in medical communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and project tracking tools.
• Team-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Passion for science and healthcare advancements.
