Overview

AMR Management Services is excited to have a new opportunity for an additional full-time remote Project Coordinator to join our team of association professionals.

In Short

  • Supports assigned committees in implementing strategic goals.
  • Coordinates online education and member community.
  • Maintains the association website and updates content.
  • Develops communications across various platforms.
  • Provides conference support and customer service.
  • Builds relationships with association contacts and sponsors.
  • Meets regularly with Account Executives for information flow.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in problem-solving.
  • Complies with company policies and operates ethically.
  • Works independently and as a team contributor.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Strong business math and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service and time management.
  • Self-motivated and flexible to accommodate schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of related experience.
  • Prior experience with medical associations is a plus.
