Overview

The Project Coordinator role at Fortreum focuses on assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in coordinating stakeholders and project plans to deliver projects to cloud service providers and enterprise clients. In Short

• Assist PMO in coordinating stakeholders and project plans.
• Develop kickoff decks, project plans, and timelines.
• Provide administrative support to the PMO.
• Assist in developing Requests for Information (RFI) and Rules of Engagement (ROEs).
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate client status meetings and provide meeting minutes.
• Drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables.
• Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time.
• Establish collaborative relationships with clients.
• Business travel is expected to be limited.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional services experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
