Overview

As a Penetration Tester at Fortreum, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading cybersecurity firm that specializes in cloud and cybersecurity services, focusing on regulatory compliance and technical security services.

In Short

• Conduct penetration testing on networks and applications including APIs, mobile apps, and web apps.
• Utilize social engineering techniques for testing.
• Mentor junior staff and support Red Team operations.
• Advise customers on vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
• Prepare final deliverables for clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Pursue continuous professional development and certifications.
• Perform project readouts with clients.
• Interface with clients and internal teams throughout engagements.
• Travel to client locations may be required occasionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional services experience.
• 3+ years of web application and network penetration testing experience.
• Proficient in scripting languages (bash, python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with best practices frameworks such as OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK.
