Overview

Nemean Solutions is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee corporate engagements and manage contracts in the National Capital Region.

In Short

• 100% remote position requiring residence in the NCR area.
• Responsible for managing contractor staff and ensuring contract objectives are met.
• Acts as the main point of contact for assigned contracts.
• Oversees recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Prepares reports and identifies risks to contract performance.
• Develops relationships with customers and identifies new business opportunities.
• Must have a DoD SECRET Level Clearance.
• Approximately 25% travel required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in Federal Government Contracting preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• 5-7 years of program management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
