Overview

Agile Defense is an award-winning national security company looking for a Management Consultant to provide strategic project and change management support to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the National Weather Service (NWS).

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project in support of senior government leaders.
• Work with senior government leadership on program strategy and communications.
• Implement program management processes.
• Facilitate strategic planning and milestone development.
• Provide project and change management coaching.
• Create automated Smartsheet work management solutions.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Support agency-wide webinars and internal communications.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement.
• Ensure project documents are complete and archived.

Requirements

• PMP Certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of project/change management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in internal communications.
• US Citizenship.
