Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Drive client value through all aspects of the digital product lifecycle.
• Act as a cross-functional leader supporting teams in product management, design, engineering, and QA.
• Lead enterprise client engagements in product delivery.
• Demonstrate competency in core program management capabilities.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and facilitate resource needs for effective delivery.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Proactively communicate project details across all levels of the organization.
• Listen to feedback to improve program management capabilities.
• Assist in developing project management best practices.

Requirements

• Consulting environment and/or agency client services experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degrees preferred.
• PMP, CSM, SAFE, and/or ACP certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex product development projects.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex customer and business problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel as needed (less than 25%).
