Overview

As the Director, Product Strategy, you will lead a high-performing team of product strategists while serving as a leader for key accounts. Your mandate: grow people, grow clients, and grow the practice. You will coach teams in the craft of product strategy, guide executives toward clear business outcomes, and ensure our work reflects Method’s Modern Product point of view across Digital Transformation, Strategy and Build.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product strategy/management or related fields.
• 8+ years leading teams in consulting/services.
• Proven experience in client and engagement leadership.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in B2B environments with complex stakeholders.
• Ability to shape operating models and governance.
• Track record in building internal communities of practice.
• Thought leadership in product strategy.
