Director/Senior Director - Product Strategy - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for guiding the future of the Salesforce Communications Cloud platform and will be a key Product Strategy & Solutions lead. You will help customers understand our roadmap and evolve their own deployments to take advantage of new capabilities from Core.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product strategy or management.
• 7+ years in the Communications industry.
• Proven success in B2B enterprise software solutions.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
