Director of Product Strategy - Remote

Overview

This leader will be responsible for supporting our broader product team in developing and enabling our product roadmap by deriving insights from internal analytics, the external digital health landscape, and helping to form POVs on build vs. buy choices.

In Short

• Understand the Problem Space and early strategic options
• Work with business, analytics, and design teams to understand key operational workflows
• Identify early strategic choices with partners within the organization
• Drive Strategy, Communicate, and Propose Cross-functional Solutions
• Devise strategies to de-risk key workflows
• Lead product forums with senior leaders to gain buy-in
• Document strategic tradeoffs and decisions
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and product leads
• Partner with Product Managers in Execution
• Mature Product Management Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy
• Experience in Healthcare Industry
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across the organization
• Efficient in managing multiple tasks and projects
• Active engagement in DEI efforts and culture initiatives
