Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Program Manager to join Collective’s Program Management Office (PMO), supporting operational execution across both product and non-product initiatives. You’ll help drive internal alignment, documentation, training and project coordination to ensure teams are prepared and equipped to execute.

In Short

• Support planning, tracking and execution for initiatives across teams.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate internal readiness efforts for new products.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and other internal documentation.
• Manage Confluence content hygiene across teams.
• Create and maintain templates and versioning logic.
• Support creation of onboarding content and training materials.
• Track action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Help configure tools for internal training needs.
• Effective communicator who can keep stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in program coordination or project support.
• Detail-oriented and structured.
• Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams.
• Experienced with Confluence, Google Workspace, and Asana.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
