Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for managing assigned technical projects, facilitating coaching and mentoring to junior project management staff, and ensuring service delivery success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Ability to manage high complexity projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with PMBOK standards.
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with data center infrastructure.
• Advanced skills in project management software.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Negotiation skills to reach agreements.
• Ability to interact with executive level clients.
