Overview

We’re seeking a Head of Quality Assurance (QA) to lead the organization’s quality charter across all engineering and customer-facing functions, ensuring that Netomi’s products meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, reliability, and security.

• Define and execute the Quality Engineering vision and roadmap.
• Build and lead a multi-disciplinary QA team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
• Proven experience in AI/ML or data-centric product quality.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
• Expertise in performance and security testing tools.
• Strong grasp of API and SDK testing.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
