VP of Quality Assurance - Remote

Overview

The VP of Quality Assurance will be responsible for architecting and executing a world-class QA strategy that ensures Versa’s networking and security products deliver best-in-class performance, scalability, and security compliance.

• Define and execute a QA strategy for SD-WAN, SSE, and SD-LAN solutions.
• Lead a global QA organization focused on automation, performance, security, and compliance testing.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Drive security validation for SASE and Zero Trust architectures.
• Architect scalable, cloud-native test automation frameworks.
• Implement performance testing frameworks for networking environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management for quality embedding.
• Lead postmortem reviews for critical incidents.
• Build and scale global QA teams in Agile environments.
• Promote continuous innovation in testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Quality Assurance, Networking, and Security.
• Experience with SD-WAN, SSE, SASE, and Zero Trust security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Proven expertise in load and performance testing.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCIE Security or CISSP preferred.
