Overview

As a Manager of Quality Assurance at Appfire, you will lead a team of dedicated QA engineers to ensure the highest quality standards in our software products. Your role will involve defining the team’s roadmap, managing priorities, and driving improvements in our test frameworks and processes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer in a Test or similar role.
• Proven ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
• Experience with UI & API test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (e.g., GCP, AWS).
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Jenkins).
• Ability to drive organizational change with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven success in managing remote teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
