Overview

Appfire is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Salesforce Platforms to lead the evolution of our multi-cloud Salesforce footprint. You will oversee the roadmaps and team members supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Possession of Salesforce certifications is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable features.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage product lifecycles effectively.
