In Short

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications.
• Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
• Ensure work and code quality, DevOps & CI/CD adherence.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
• High-level troubleshooting of technical issues related to Salesforce.
• Be passionate about new tech solutions and AI.
• Demonstrate a security-focused mindset.
• Collaborate with Engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience, 8+ years in Salesforce development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• International implementation/migration experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 certification encouraged.
