Paralegal, Commercial Contracts - Remote

Overview

As a Paralegal in the Commercial Contracts team at Lyra Health, you will support internal stakeholders in fulfilling the mission of providing mental health solutions to large employers. You will prepare drafts of contracts, review incoming agreements, and collaborate with various teams to improve processes.

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial sales contracts.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient contracting workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of legal experience in contracts.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client demands and shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in-house with a technology or healthcare organization preferred.
• Willingness to take on new areas of law.
• Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player.
