Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical capabilities for dashboard development.
  • Ability to manage international HR processes.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws.
  • Experience in managing complex cases.
  • Exceptional report writing skills.
