Employee Relations Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR procedures and laws.

In Short

• Provide advice on employee relations matters.
• Review disciplinary and employment-related documents.
• Collaborate with various departments and legal offices.
• Manage policy and contract administration.
• Conduct investigations of harassment allegations.
• Analyze and draft proposals for negotiations.
• Build relationships across departments.
• Present findings in grievance meetings and trainings.
• Ensure best practices in HR procedures.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employment-related matters.
• Skill in writing clear and persuasive documents.
• Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA and HIPAA.
• Experience conducting investigations of harassment allegations.
• Ability to analyze and draft employment agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Preferred knowledge of public sector laws and healthcare industry.
• Experience in a union environment is a plus.
