Overview

The Employee Relations Manager will perform a variety of tasks on the Employee Relations (ER) team and contribute to the success of the centralized ER function.

In Short

  • Conduct internal investigations into violations of ethical conduct and employee handbook.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ADA and FMLA.
  • Work with HR partners on risk assessments and policy interpretation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective employee relations.
  • Prepare clear recommendations based on findings.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adapt to changing business needs.
  • Support various projects as needed.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
  • Understanding of employee relations issues and employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with investigations and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess valid state ID.
