Our next Employee Relations Manager will foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing workplace concerns.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters.
• Build and establish relationships with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various issues.
• Mediating and negotiating escalated conflicts.
• Manage the EthicsPoint Hotline for timely case management.
• Collect and analyze employee relations data to improve employee experience.
• Develop and communicate updates on employee relations processes.
• Provide strategic support and coaching to the organization.
• Monitor compliance with relevant employment and labor laws.
• Manage employee requests for leaves of absence and accommodations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• SPHR or CERP certifications a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor and employment law.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting employee relations data.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
