The Employee Relations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing positive employee relations within Netskope. This role is responsible for fostering a harmonious work environment, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

• Certification in HR or Employee Relations is a plus.
• Global HR experience is a plus.
