Overview

The Netskope Talent Team partners with Engineering & IT leadership to identify, source, assess and hire candidates who meet our current and future hiring and diversity goals.

In Short

• Partner with senior engineering leadership and hiring managers to identify and anticipate needs.
• Full life-cycle recruiting role including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Hands-on sourcing and screening for open headcount.
• Point person for hiring managers balancing multiple concurrent searches.
• Create recruiting plans to ensure a diverse range of candidates.
• Identify tools and process tweaks to improve recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant technical recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills including cold calling and outreach.
• Experience recruiting for product companies in cloud and network security.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse.
• Discretion and good judgment in decision-making.
