Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Netskope Engineering & Product Talent Team partners with R&D leadership to identify, source, assess and hire candidates who meet our current and future hiring and diversity goals.

In Short

• Partnering with senior engineering leadership and hiring managers to identify and anticipate needs.
• Playing a full life-cycle recruiting role including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Conducting outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate candidate interest.
• Being the point person for hiring managers, balancing multiple concurrent searches.
• Creating recruiting plans to ensure a diverse range of candidates.
• Identifying tools and process tweaks to improve recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of relevant technical recruiting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills including research and outreach.
• Experience recruiting for product companies in cloud networking and security.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Discretion and good judgment are critical for this role.
