Overview

Lucid Software is seeking a dedicated and high-caliber recruiting professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships, engaging in meaningful conversations with candidates, and thoroughly understanding our organization and its products to effectively communicate opportunities to potential hires.

In Short

• Identify, engage, and advise Lucid talent with a focus on bringing quality candidates into the pipeline.
• Develop hiring processes conducive to finding high-quality talent.
• Overcome challenges and produce solutions by interpreting data.
• Advise leaders on the talent market in Engineering, Product, UX, QA, etc.
• Track and record key metrics designed to measure staffing activity.
• Streamline recruiting processes to increase efficiency.
• Gather feedback to improve recruiting approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Maintain multiple requisitions while communicating with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide a ‘best-in-class’ candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team structure and hiring demands.
• Experience sourcing candidates from various sources, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Network with professionals in the community.
