• Own the hiring process from sourcing to closing for product and engineering roles.
• Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct talent research including market mapping and compensation data.
• Act as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow to ensure a stellar candidate experience.
• 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience required.
