Overview

The Team Relations Manager will lead initiatives to enhance team engagement and performance while ensuring compliance with HR best practices and employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • 7-8 years of Employee Relations or HR experience.
  • Strong HR background in operations and delivery.
  • Experience in managing complex workplace complaints.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to take initiative and persevere through challenges.
  • Ability to build positive rapport with partners.
