• Act as the primary contact for healthcare professionals regarding PSPs.
• Facilitate communication between PSPs and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in patient support programs and case management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of reimbursement structures and processes.
• Fluency in French and/or English may be required.
• Ability to organize time and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
