In Short

  • Support over 200 team members on Operations.
  • Drive operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.
  • Own strategic programs that enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Manage quality assurance initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Core Operations and other departments.
  • Implement and maintain programs for consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Partner closely with Operations Leadership and other teams.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
  • Focus on improving internal team’s experience.
  • Creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in business operations or program management.
  • Success in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Experience in quality assurance programs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Passionate about mental health and DEI.
