• Generate program artifacts like charters and process flows.
• Maintain communication regarding updates to processes.
• Provide guidance to scrum teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support Product Portfolio Planning.
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Program Managers.
