Program Manager, Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager for Trust and Safety at Thumbtack, you will be responsible for analyzing global policies and operational processes, identifying experience obstacles and process inefficiencies, and project managing initiatives to improve the user experience and Trust and Safety operations.

In Short

• Promote safety for users on Thumbtack through quarterly projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years in program management or related fields.
• Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
