Overview

The Provider Relations Manager is responsible for managing network development, adequacy, and provider training in alignment with Molina Healthcare's mission and compliance with regulations.

In Short

  • Manage Provider Relations functions and team members.
  • Develop provider contracting strategies.
  • Oversee external provider representatives.
  • Assist with provider network development.
  • Implement tracking tools for issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely communication of provider issues.
  • Design programs to build provider relationships.
  • Engage providers in quality initiatives.
  • Manage IHH program alignment.
  • Support regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business related field.
  • 5-7 years experience in healthcare provider services.
  • 5+ years managed healthcare experience.
  • Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare products.
  • Familiarity with provider compensation methodologies.
  • Experience in formal presentations.
  • 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Min. 2 years managing employees.
