Mortgage Program Relationship Manager - Remote

Overview

This position enhances the profitability of the RuraLiving mortgage program on a national basis by identifying and developing partner relationships with banks, credit unions, and non-depository mortgage lenders.

In Short

• Coordinates and grows all aspects of the RuraLiving mortgage program.
• Researches and develops relationships with prospective brokers and bankers.
• Manages ongoing relationships and activities.
• Markets the RuraLiving mortgage program services.
• Maintains a prospect file and commits to individual sales goals.
• Stays informed of market conditions and lending trends.
• Networks with industry professionals.
• Serves as a trainer for program approved banks and credit unions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture, or related field.
• Expert-level experience in the financial services industry.
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage industry processes and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Skill in developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• NMLS license preferred.
