Overview

The Relationship Manager position at PCS Retirement is responsible for managing distribution relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting retention goals.

• Primary point of contact for advisors and TPAs

Requirements

• 5-7 years of client relationship management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of retirement plans
• Understanding of financial operations
• Experience in client meetings
• Strong organizational skills
• Technical proficiency
• Communication skills
• Ability to work under stress
• Data entry and financial statement interpretation
