Databricks Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Databricks Engineer with proven experience in Salesforce integration and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Integrate and manage data flows between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance in accordance with financial industry regulations.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Document data architecture and pipeline logic.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and APIs.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in financial services with knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills.
