Overview

The Manager of Plan Consulting manages a team responsible for various aspects of defined contribution plan administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and guiding direct reports.

In Short

• Manage a team for defined contribution plan administration.
• Guide direct reports and oversee departmental projects.

• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and provide plan audit support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• FT Williams software experience preferred.
• QKA Certification required.
• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of IRS/DOL regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Advanced communication skills.
