Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This role will also include certain client support activities including stimulating participant enrollment for certain retirement programs.

In Short

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop, implement, and track direct to consumer marketing initiatives
• Manage follow-up with prospects from webinars and workshops
• Support end-to-end campaign execution and event logistics
• Provide onboarding support and troubleshoot participant issues
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials
• Engage directly with certain clients to enhance customer experience
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field within financial services industry
• Retirement recordkeeping background a preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced excel experience preferred
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
